  • 2 Chicken Breasts (235g each approx)

  • 235g Nandos Peri Peri Sauce (Medium)

  • 320g Basmati Rice

  • 1 x Oxo Chicken Stock

  • 1 x Asda Chicken Stock

  • 200g Chopped Onion

  • 200g Diced Peppers

  • 1 tbsp Tomato Puree

  • 2 tsp Chopped Garlic

  • 1 tsp Chipole Flakes

  • 0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes

  • 1 heaped tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 heaped tsp Tumeric

  • Corn on the Cob

  • Butterfly the chicken breast by slicing it horizontally from one side, stopping just before cutting all the way through, and open it out like a book. Lay it flat on a chopping board, cover it with cling film, and gently flatten it to about 1cm thick using a rolling pin or meat hammer. Spread Nando's sauce over one side of the chicken with a spoon, then place it sauce-side down in a greased pan and spread more Nando's sauce over the top. Repeat the process for the second chicken breast. Don't cook the chicken yet,
